President

Renee Hawsey President a lifelong resident of Baldwin County, graduated from Robertsdale High School in 2004 and married her husband Kevin in 2010. They have two amazing sons, Chandler & Payton. In addition to serving as President of the DASH Foundation, Renee has worked in the Baldwin County Judge of Probate’s office since 2007 and currently serves as a License Revenue Administrator in their Foley location. During her time with the Judge of Probate, she has been active in the community, served on various committees for the County Commission and earned her degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University. She is also an active member and volunteer at Loxley Church. For many years Renee served on the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life committee before embarking on this journey to create DASH. As the mother of a medically complex child, Renee understands the financial strain medical emergencies can put on a family. She wants to help make a difference for others facing the same challenges.

Jessica Devine

Vice-President

moved to Baldwin County in 1998 and graduated from Robertsdale High School in 2002. She went on to attend Auburn University and graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. She went on to get her master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management in 2012. Jessica married her high school sweetheart, Marc in 2008 and they have 2 daughters, Emery and Camille. She is currently the Compliance Officer and pharmacy technician at Lee Drug Store, where she has worked since 2002. She has a passion for travel and is also a travel agent with Magical Destinations Travel, LLC. Jessica served on the committee of the local Central Baldwin Relay for Life for over 10 years before starting on this journey to create DASH. She has a servant’s heart and is looking forward to making a difference in local families who are experiencing times of need.

a lifelong resident of Baldwin County and a graduate of Robertsdale High School married Justin Strong in 2016. While employed by the Baldwin County Commission, at age 26 Allison decided to go back to school. She felt strongly that she wanted to turn her desire for helping others into a career. She attended college in Nashville, TN where she graduated as a Radiology Technologist and has been employed by North Baldwin Infirmary, since 2018. During that time she served on the American’ Cancer Society’s Relay for Life committee for many years. In 2021 she welcomed her daughter, Hanna Jo. Working in the medical field and serving with Relay for Life has brought awareness to Allison about a growing need for financial relief for families battling medical emergencies. She is excited to embark on this journey with DASH.

Lisa Sangster

married her husband William in 1985 and they have two sons, Adam and Jared. Their family moved to Baldwin County in 1998 to be closer to family. Lisa began working for the Baldwin County Highway Department in 2006. Lisa serves in her local church and has volunteered for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life committee for many years. Lisa and her family have personally been impacted by cancer. In 2001, her son Jared was diagnosed with brain cancer and died in April of 2002. Many came alongside and supported her family during Jared’s illness. She was able to experience, firsthand, how it feels when the community steps in to support families who are battling a medical crisis. Lisa is happy to now help the DASH Foundation and is looking forward to being able to provide support to families in need.
